Richmond Balance provides 1 to 1 therapy and Group sessions. 1 to 1 therapy: more information can be found on the 'Approach' page. Supervision

My supervision expertise is on supporting those who have similar backgrounds to my areas of work, who feel they could benefit from my knowledge and experience. These include those with disabilities or long term conditions, adoptive parents and frontline workers.
