Richmond Balance provides 1 to 1 therapy and Group sessions.

Group sessions: These are either advertised on this website, or arranged privately within organisations. Group sessions include: mindfulness, compassion-focused therapy, therapeutic parenting and coming soon, Write Your Self, Trauma Informed, writing workshops and 8 week programme.
